Male’, MALDIVES – BG Sports has won the match against Club Eagles by 1-0 in the ongoing Dhiraagu Dhivehi League tonight. Ashad Ali scored BG Sports only goal.

BG sports created their first chance in the 27th minute, Fazeel took a beautiful cross from the left flank to Ristic inside the box, but he couldn't control the ball and Amdan cleared the ball.

Ashad Ali broke the deadlock for BG in the 28th minute from a superb shot. Ten minutes later he missed another great chance to increase the margin. Fazeel sent a good ball to Assad and he nicely shoots but the ball hits the cross bar and went out.

Three minutes after the break, Imaz penetrated BG defense, but he couldn't shoot properly due to pressure of the defender.

In the 54t minute, Athif made a good shot but went inches over the bar.

In the 63rd minute, Imaz delivered a good ball to Furugan inside the box, his powerful shot blocked by Kudus. Fareedh again shoots the re bounced ball and keeper caught the ball easily.

League champions New Radiant will play against Club Valencia tonight.
