BG 1 -1 Eagles: Points shared

Male', MALDIVES – BG Sports and Club Eagles has shared points with the 1 – 1 draw held in the match played tonight. Both the goals came in the second half of the game, as Imaaz and Adhuham was in scoring card.

In the 16th minute of the game BG Sports import player Ristic created first attempt of the game. Ristic shoots Rilwan's lower cross from left flank but keeper Sinan caught the ball.

Six minutes later keeper Irfah made a good move to save BG. Ifrah came out from penalty area and headed the ball to clear the danger.

In the 29th minute of the game, Imaaz's shot from outside the penalty area deflected dangerously in to target, but Ifrah punched the ball out to a corner kick.

In the extra minutes of the first half, Ristic fired a powerful free kick from the middle of Eagles half. Keeper Sinan saved the ball from left top corner of the goal.

First half ended with a goalless draw where the position was distributed evenly to both the sides.

Eight minutes in to the second half Shaffaz tried with a long-range shot. But is his shot from outside the penalty area gone direct in to keeper Sinan's hand.

Eagles took the in the 61st minute of the game with a beautiful finish from close range. Imaaz's shot from near goal hit the top roof.

Solah could have leveled the game for BG in the 71st minute of the game. Rilwan's cross from left flank beats keeper Sinan and was fell down in front of goal but Solah failed to shoot the ball from close range and Sinan regain the ball.

Two minutes later Adhuham leveled the game for BG after heading Ristics acrobat cross from inside the penalty area.

Seven minutes remaining in the clock, Kudus headed Ashfan’s corner kick but it went wide off the target.

Five minutes later Shaffaz missed another header from Ahsfan’s corner. Shaffaz’s header went inches over the crossbar.

After 3 minutes of added time match ended in a 1- 1 draw to share the points.

With this draw BG moves to the fourth place of the Dhiraagu Dhivehi League 2013 standings with 13 points, while AYL and Eagles follows with same amount of points but goal difference to each other.

In the next game of Dhiraagu Dhivehi League 2013, Valencia will play against All Youth Linkage on Sunday evening at 0400 pm.
