FA Cup trophy stolen

Male’, MALDIVES – Football Association of Maldives has said that the trophy of FA Cup was stolen and the authority could not find it.

Speaking to Maldivesoccer.com, Director of national teams, Ali Suzain said that they are trying to sort out things regarding the missing of FA Cup trophy.

“We are trying to find it. Last year Maziya won the trophy and they did hand over it to then general secretary, Shah Ismail. But now we don’t know where it is.”

Suzain also said that they don’t believe that someone stole that trophy.

“I don’t think that then general secretary Shah Ismail would take it and which is something we don’t believe.”

New Radiant will play against Maziya in tomorrow night’s final of FA Cup.
